Attorney’s Homepage. Karen E. Richards began serving Allen County as Prosecutor
in January, 2003. The Allen County Prosecutor's Office is one of the largest law
firms in Allen County, employing over 100 attorneys, paralegals, investigators,
administrators, security and support staff. Thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases are
filed and disposed from this office annually, while millions of dollars are collected each
year in child support.
In continuing our tradition of accessibility to the citizens we serve, we have created this web site. We have designed the site to answer your questions about the role and responsibilities of the Prosecutor, as well as other aspects of the criminal justice and child support enforcement systems.
