Some infractions require automatic court appearances, but may be referred to IDP by the Prosecutor and approved by the Judge. Examples of those violations are: Under 18 Possession of Tobacco, Throwing Lighted Cigarette, Cigar from Moving Vehicle, and Infraction Possession of Paraphernalia.
PAYMENT TERMS
Cash, money orders and cashier’s checks are accepted on site. Credit card payments are accepted over the internet or by phone subject to additional fees, but only after a contract is signed at the Infraction Deferral Window. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
