CDL HOLDERS are not eligible for this program, except for seat belt violations.
PROBATIONARY DRIVERS WITH DRIVING VIOLATIONS are not eligible, except for seat belt violations.
THOSE UNDER AGE 18 WITH DRIVING VIOLATIONS are not eligible, except for seat belt violations.

Local ordinance violations do not qualify for the Prosecutor’s program, but may qualify

for the City of Fort Wayne’s deferral program.
