STALKING RESOURCE CENTER

 

Stalking is a course of conduct involving repeated or continued harassment of another person that causes the victim to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated or threatened.  Stalking is a criminal offense in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and the federal government.  In Indiana, stalking is a felony offense and can be punished by up to 20 years, depending on the offense. And in immediate danger, call 911.

 

Develop a Safety Plan, including things like changing your routine.

 

Keep evidence of the stalking including a stalking incident log.
