If an on site arrest is made involving a domestic violence incident, please contact the Domestic Violence Coordinator of the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office for information about the criminal justice process.  You can reach the Domestic Violence Coordinator at (260) 449-7741 Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

If there was an incident involving domestic violence and an officer was unable to locate the perpetrator and/or no arrest was made, please contact the Fort Wayne Police Department’s Victim’s Assistance Office for follow up.  The Victim’s Assistance Office can be reached at (260) 427-1205 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
